Love This Color!

Grey is the new white when it comes to walls in Scandinavian interiors and I absolutely love this shade of warm grey.

Classic Bathrooms

Classic bathrooms doesn't mean you can't do something unexpected, these two are prime examples of that: pictures or wallpaper. Yes you can personalize your bathroom like the rest of your home and still keep it timeless! Add fresh flowers for a bit of glam hotel feel!

Smart Lightening

Lightning is important, natural and artificial. This apartment has large window and high ceilings and is bright and adding lightning under the cornish is a smart way to add soft light at night. And a very beautiful fireplace adds character to this timeless space.

Anyone who's been following the blog for a time would know I love the combo of classic architecture and interior and contemporary interior. The below little apartment is a perfect example of this, warm welcoming with lots of texture, yet timeless and showing off the fantastic classic architectural features such as the high ceilings, beautiful windows and cornice. Love it!

Swedish White

I made a little detour  and went to the paint shop on the way home (as you do) and picked up the newest paint booklet from Delux Heritage, which among other beautiful colors contained the new shade Swedish White (and Copenhagen blue)! Love the fact that Stockholm Vitt, translated to the more Anglosaxian Swedish White is becoming a thing even outside of Scandinavia! If I would guess, Delux has been peeking at homes like the below when deciding on the name.

Beautiful Fireplace

I instantly fell in love with this apartment when I first came across it online. Love, love, love the fireplace. In fact I love it so much I will have one created in the next apartment, would even use gel burner if I couldn't instal a real fire. The cornice is also amazing and the color scheme is so calming, you just want to hang in this living room! I'm in love!
